Q: I have dental anxiety. Can you help?

Yes, this is the office for you! Our staff understands that the anxiety is real. Our space provides a relaxed environment without the noise and busyness of most dental clinics. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and cared for by providing calm, supportive, and judgment-free care. We schedule enough time to ensure your visit is at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Q: Can you bill my insurance company directly?

Yes, we can submit claims on your behalf through our electronic billing software.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, and e-transfers.

Q: Are you accepting new patients?

Absolutely, we are currently accepting new patients.

Q: Do you accept patients covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

Yes, and we will also facilitate direct billing. If you have any questions about the CDCP, our team is knowledgeable and can help answer your questions.

Q: What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit typically includes a comprehensive oral health assessment, a review of your medical and dental history, an oral cancer screening, and a personalized treatment.

Q: Can I come to a dental hygiene clinic if I already have a dentist?

Absolutely! Many patients visit us for preventative care and routine maintenance given this is our specialty. We proactively assess your overall oral health for any issues that might require a referral to a dentist or specialist.
